The location of Hacienda Del Caribe is unbeatable, just steps away from all the action on 5th Avenue. Despite this, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and secure at night. The Mexican-style architecture adds a beautiful touch to the overall ambiance. The small pool and outdoor lounge area are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Now, let me tell you about a specific situation that happened during our stay. Our room had a minor issue with the bathroom - there was no fan and the window was broken, which caused some rainwater to seep in.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the main street. We loved being able to easily access both the ocean and the lively atmosphere of Playa del Carmen. the old Mexican-style decor was charming and added a unique touch to our stay. the pool and courtyard area were a great spot to relax and unwind.

there was no parking available at the hotel and we had to pay a high fee to park elsewhere.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and shopping areas. You can easily explore the vibrant surroundings and have everything you need within reach. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they can arrange transportation and airport pickups for you.

The air-conditioner on the roof can be quite noisy, which can be a bit bothersome at times.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the marvellous beach and the bustling 5th Avenue. You can easily walk to both, or if you prefer, hop on a taxi to save time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff provides great service, attending to any requests promptly. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to suit different tastes.

One downside is that there were some issues with the availability of towels during the stay, which required multiple requests to be resolved.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with good air conditioning and a big bathroom. I loved the small balcony, perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze. The lukewarm water in the shower was refreshing. Additionally, the breakfast included option was a convenient and delicious start to the day.

The weather during my stay was fantastic, and the area had great shops to explore. the convenience of being close to the Cozumel ferry and bus terminal was a huge plus. Additionally, the breakfast at the restaurant across the way was delicious and they had a variety of options. I loved that the restaurant was located right on the property and the staff there were always attentive and pleasant. the service provided by the staff at the hotel was exceptional and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure their guests were satisfied.

One issue I had during my stay was with the pillows in the room. They were significantly lumpy, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
